Like I have always said, when its hot outside it feels like riding into the barrel of a blow dryer, anything above 95 is just plain misery. But to be honest, anything below 45 becomes misery if you ride far enough.
However, I will still ride. I just can't seem to keep the tops of my knuckles warm below 40. I have to keep switching hands to get my hands to warm up.
about the chart, i notice it doesn't take into account the level of humidity. it sure does get a lot colder when you ride over a bridge or near a creek or lake.
