SOund clip..Idle speed, cam questions

..... And franco, I believe you proved the point I was trying to make on the other post...any video recording is tough to make educated guesses. Can sound different on any PC and speakers and the recording instrument probably isn't great. How many people have tried to take a video of a concert for it to barely be audible or sound like dog poop?

I can't go over 100 mi without switching over to reserve, in fact actually 90 mi or so, but I don't think my bike has a 585, it definitely don't sound like franco's but it does haul ass!!

On both my 107 and 117 i can do 140-150 miles easy as long as I'm not romping on it and just cruising and keeping a steady pace. Both have 4+ gallon tanks so I'm not sure if the prostreet models are slightly smaller??

What does the prostreet have for gas capacity. The choppers all have over 4 gallon tanks. Wondering if yours is smaller?

Ker and I were just talking about that.... What jets are you running? I´ve found out I was running too rich.... when I went to the 585 cam I just went up on jets because I did read it here... well... WRONG! I had to go back down to 31 & 76 (and a 60 airbleed) and now it runs Puuuurrrrrrrrrfect!!

I do about 150 miles without switching to reserve... never tried but @ 150 Miles I fill up again and there is very little left in the tank... maybe another 25-30 miles?

Yea, it says 4.5 but the most I have ever been able to put in it was just over 3 gallons and that's right when I switch over to reserve, not sure how much is in the reserve though.

Mine has a 4.6 gallon tank on the 08 Mastiff, I believe your 09 should be the same... I get close to 141 miles per tank and that's hi-way miles...

I have done over 100 miles to a tank, probalby 125 maybe more. No odometer o mine so I have to check it with when riding with a buddy.

That being said. WHen i hit reserve, I can put in 3.8 gallons... so I was under the impression it was a 4.5 gallon tank.
