Not sure about whay lights are lit, but there is one green, and three or four red ones lit, all side by side. Any idea what this means???

After 3 years of one electrical problem after another, with each one screwing something up which cost $$$, one suggestion.....REWIRE!!! EHC's don't work, never have worked, never will work, period. Rewire once and learn what a dependable bike is really all about, plus, trust me, it will save you huge bucks. If you don't rewire, you'll be chasing electrics as long as you own the bike and waiting for the big one, cruising 80 down the freeway when everything to include the engine shuts down...fun times! I have had 3 years of uninterrupted riding since my rewire. Good luck.

Thanks for all the help, and information that was given out generously on this site. Would have liked to re-wire the bike, but with too many unknowns, and with time in mind went this route. Mancuso Big Dog here in Houston did great work, and had my bike in and out, even though they were super busy! A little pricy though considering they charged me for a half an hour to install a new battery considering there was not one in the bike at all when I dropped her off. Not complaining too much though, they got here in and out in a day and a half. Anyway, hopefully I will see some of you guys out and about sometime, and I will get some pics up A.S.A.P! Thanks again!!!

I would be complaining about that ass wooping. does the 132 include the battery if not they have to remove the battery to install the ehc. if the labor was for all then thats not too uncomfortable. I just like to be kissed before I get fucked

$613.+ Holy smokes..... $400 and some change when they replaced mine in February. BDM covered the part and I was only charged 1/2 hour to put it in.... Bought a spare one off eBay for $50.00 in May Just at the right place at the right time i guess.

Yes, the $132 was for parts, and Labor, but damn 1/2 hour when they have to remove it any way!!! I did consider replacing the EHC myself, but then I run the risk of getting fucked out of my warranty on it just on a technicality! The 2 hours labor was worth not having to worry about it not being replaced if it fails in the next three months. If it goes after that, at least I stand a better chance of find a new style EHC cheeper.
