Hey guys thought I'd share my little project. Now before any bashing, I just started using an airbrush a week ago, just bought my first one to see what I could do. This is my second attempt at a realistic style flames, first try was too yellow the layout wasn't very good. This time I'm starting to get the hang of it but still a ways to go, I figured I'd add a little something to this second try. I'm sure you guys can appreciate it,
. This is just done on black posterboard with water based auto-air colors. I'll start playing on metal sheets once I get better.

Let me update this first post in case you don't want to go through the whole thread. Its now been 2 months of messing around with an airbrush, mainly on weekends and here is a revised Big Dog sign I just finished up,getting better. Next is to get some metal sign blanks and paint up a nice on for the garage.
