They need a good polishing but they still look great on the bike. Never had any sort of problem with these vibrating, or moving, once they were on my bike. These have to be 8+ years old and the magnets are still really strong.
One tip has a minor bend in it but can be straightened out easily... and these things are pretty sharp. I've had one stuck in my arm at one point.
