Hello I need a Diagonostic program , called Smartlink-bigdog,I have a Thunderheart ignition.
If sombody now how I get it , my thanks

Nobody can help me out , I contact a Bigdog dealer but no replay from them,
Well I have to look furter than.

You won't get it. It isn't for sale from Big Dog. It is a hard unchangable program in these bikes from the factory and BDM doesn't allow the dealer to sell the software.

I had the software and the cable and trust me its useless, all you can do is monitor the readings.
