OK, after a ton of revisions, and few couple of size changes, we finally have a small patch available. The final patch size is 5" wide by 1.5" tall, and I'm happy with the end result.
$3.75 a piece with $1 shipping is you order just small patches, no reasonable limit. There is an issue with the paypal buttons, if you order a large patch, that $1 shipping charge still gets added... I'll manually refund that $1 so that no one gets charged extra.
