Slow blinking indicators

Just come back from a ride and for the second time I was told that my Indicators are blinking too slow..
The Dog is a 2008 Mastiff.. My question is.. Is it a simple indicator canister replacement to speed it up or is it part of the bikes ECU management?

No.. All working..
Forgot to mention.. Im from Australia and the Turning signal lights is yellow instead of red..

Can't change them. They're kinda slow compared to more modern stuff.
