Skinnier grips

Nope. Not without different bars, or modifiying them.

How much skinner do you need.
If you remove the rubber from the worn grips you could fill the voids with silicone and use them that way or slide a thin quick fit silicone rubber shrink sleeve over the grip.
Using the shink sleeve without filling the voids ends up with depressions where there were raised parts before -- ridable but may not be aesteticly pleasing to all.
I'll try and get a picture tomorrow of mine.
ANd I used heavier re-grip -- found stuff recently thats much thinner.
