Sissybar ?

Removed my sissybar off my ridgeback now I've got two holes on the back of my struts. Anyone know I'd they sale inserts to put in these or do I need To buy new struts?

They sell plugs to fill the strut holes.

Just beware of the plugs. Once I got mine in, and tightened down, I like to have never got them back out. Next time I put them in, I'm going to use double sided tape and NOT the bolt supplied with them.

Just get two chrome toppers "HOT TOPS " and push them in ...DONE!:2thumbs:

My little plugs that go in my struts, they fit flush and have the same type of bolt that goes thru the bottom of the strut that the sissy bar has. I put that bolt in to hold the plug in, and then had no way to get it out...it took a long time to get the bolt out of the plug, so I could pull the plug back out to put the sissy bar back in.

I made mine out of round stock aluminum, then polished.
