To my knowledge BD never came out with struts and sissybar for the 03. Your best bet would be to get the Daytec sissybar mounts and then figure out what size sissybar (width) you will need to fit them.

My new KMW has the same mounts attached to the struts and they look okay but not as clean as the BD stuff that came out in 05.
