Single sided swingarm

it’s bound to been talked about has anyone got pics ? I’d love to know or see a 300 on a single sided swingarm

I don't believe the frame is strong enough to handle it.

I agree, I have bent and broke bolts out of the rear pully. just wouldn't recommend it.

In lew of single swing arm ..
I would look at adapting a pre 05 Bulldog swing arm (which is one arm per side) .
Added would be a brake and rotor combination. Probably on a pre 05 bike ie: left side drive . Net would be a near open right side wheel.

With enough money any problem can be solved.
There have been some radically custom single sided swing arm choppers, along with open wheel, etc. however the frames on our Dogs are not designed to support the loads and stresss without tremendous modifications (having owned and ridden many - Ducati, Triumph, etc, look at how different their entire frame is to support a single sided swing arm)…if you are wanting to pursue it I would look at a completely different frame then anything Big Dog (or any of the production bikes) produced.

If I was going to do this I would do a complete build from the frame up. Would be much more reliable and probably easier
