well after the swim and thinkin bout this ,and goin over the manual and most of all listening to you alls advice it seemed as though the battery being fully charged left the logical culprit (thanks BB)would be the starter,you wanna rule this shit out cause its new though!!,anyway did that whole solenoid test,and the second part where you swith around what goes to hot,well nothing happened,i had nothin else to do so i took it apart ,on the bike and ran a dremel at low speed over all the contacts and anything else copper put it all back together and it fired right up.....crazy freakin nerve rackin bunch of horsepower and chrome and aluminum i ever did own....
honestly this is exactly why i joined this forum cause when times like this present itself it is inevitable that someone else has went through it,fixed it or knows something about it.....well that and i am an introvert and have no other life.................gas save your things for the next guy....appreciate all advice....again thanx guys.....:2thumbs: :up:

did the whole battery and wire clean-up last weekend,and i guess for the mere fact that this is a new starter(which means its probally only rebuilt)i kinda wanted to rule that out...so i will go find me some thicker guage wire and try the battery solenoid test a little later when it cools down,for now me and shorty will be off for a swim on this hot day......

Glad you got it!! The contact getting burnt up is from low voltage starts.... Low voltage increases the load/heat. I was going to sugest tapping on the solenoid while hitting the start button. This can get you home in a pinch if you can find something to hit it with.
I made 6 months on my old starter after I cleaned it up. It finally started leaking oil into it and I had to get a new one.. :2thumbs:

Battery low, charging issues, loose cables ETC. I wasnt useing a battery tender at first and that coused my problems.

Hook it up to the tender or jump it off you vehicle that isn't running. If it starts then you have a bad battery.

Why did you mentioned a jump from a vehilce that isn't running? I am curious about the reasons behind not running.

I think it charges at a different rate while running. The higher rate would potentially hurt the bike.

Voltage spike,
Car or truck alternator puts out 75 to 125 amps, it could see the voltage draw from the bike starting and cause a spike that could fry your VR and more.:2thumbs:
