Wanted to share a good experience with RWD.
I endlessly searched for a new set of Mirrors. I ended up going with the RWD 5 arc.:up:
I have been extremely pleased with them, they are rock solid and have a great convex lens so they have outstanding visibility for the size.
I have had them about three years. Last week one of the threaded adapters shear off in the mirror unexpectedly.:bang:
Note: I have removed them several times, like in the winter to make to cover fit better.
I attempted to use an easy out and it sheared off in the mirror:angry:
So I called RWD to see if I could buy just the mirror stem thinking it may be a little cheaper than replacing the entire mirror.
Without missing a beat, they said they will just ship me a new mirror free of charge.:up::up::up::up:
Very pleased, and thought I would pass along recommendation to a great product that they stand behind.
