Should I get a dog?

Guess I am not that old yet to think my dog is not a daily rider or a long distance cruiser.

I want to get an RB for a daily and use the mastiff for long distance comfort.

Best of luck to you all that think that way though

Just look at Raywood's photos from his cross-country excursion. From them, you will learn how to "Pack" your gear correctly, sandals and all!

Those damned sandals....
Hey, quit picking on my shoes!!! :D :whoop: :D

I'll have you know that I even bought new ones this year after leaving my last set at my brothers down in Palm Springs. Course now have to carry two pairs with Glenda going with me all the time. :2thumbs:

Windshields Belong on Baggers

Do you ever miss your windshield? That's my biggest concern. I don't like eating bugs!
Windshields are funky on choppers; however, they are available. Facemask and a good set of insulated glasses and your set.

I have a street glide and just bought a k 9. I LOVE my dog BUT i wont sell the street glide.. I do allot of long distance trips, 3 or 4 days at a time. I can't see myself doing it on the dog. It is pretty comfy for what it is but the harley is like riding a couch. I am fortunate to be able to have both. If you can pull it off, I would have both.

I NEVER ride the harley around town. Its always the dog. But after putting 300 miles on the dog yesterday ( I am sore from head to toe, Keep in mind that I live in So Cal and the freeways SUCK here...BOUNCY BOUNCE) I am glad I have the harley for my long trips...If you get a dog be prepared to have allot of attention thrown your way.. I have yet to go anywhere without someone taking pictures of it.:2thumbs:
