Shiny Stuff!!!

I finally got all my new shiny stuff put on my chopper. It all looks pretty good. I would just like to thank everyone on this site for all the good info and technical how to(especially Gas Man for the how to on changing controls). And of course thanks to Nelson at WBC for all the help and parts. I had all the chrome plating done by Brown's (again, thanks Gas). They did a kick ass job.

With all the info and help on this site, I am not afraid to take anything apart!

Here is a pic of the old polished struts.

And the new struts for the new sissy bar all chromed up!

Here are some pics of the new chomed controls and roulette grips. Please excuse the message in the mirrors. I took these pics to send to a friend.

Looks great! Love the thumbs up n down pics!!!

Did you have to rebuild your master cylinder on the controls when you got them back?

I just put everything back together the way I took it apart. All the rubber looked good and no leaks. Hell, the brake even works!!! Is there anything I should be checking or worried about?

The rubber looks good? you mean the rubber was left in during the chrome process?

No, I took it all apart. I meant it looked good out of the control so I reused it. You know that Brown's wouldn't have chromed it with the rubber in. They want everything dissasembeld prior to shipping it to them.
