Shifter Pawl Adjustment

Talked with Baker and they told me to adjust my shifter pawl and see if it makes a difference with it coming out of gear. He gave me some instructions about having it in 3rd gear pull the cover and center the 2 hooks on the 2 pins???? Any pictures of this or more details???????????????:bang: :bang:

You can also put it in 3rd gear and and move the shift linkage back and forth to adjust for the same amount of movement front and back. This may save you from having to remove the trany top. Just a suggestion.

Thanks for the help. I am trying to figure out what the heck they are talking about #59 shifter pawl eccentric adjuster cam. All of the rest of the directions seem understandable. I will look inmy manual etc. to try and identify #59. Thanks again.

I adjusted my 04 without taking off the tranny cover. DOn't know if the 06 is any different. Here's a link how to do it.
