Sheet Metal with custom paint Pricing

I have an oppurtunity to purchase a complete painted set for 2005 chopper, it really didnt jump up at me. but does anyone know what kind of price would be a fair? and what price would be a deal not to pass on ? Its not really to graphic just flame design. Maybe for the right price i would buy and could have some stuff done on my original metal

If it's the set that has been listed here in the Seattle area for ever on Criagslist I think it's too expensive. Don't know what a whole set should go for though.

By the way, Knotso and I are putting a ride together on your side of the pound on Sunday if you're interested. Yeah, I know its SuperBowl Sunday but that's why we have DVR.

My dogs a little sick, got some stuff to do in the next couple months , but then yes will be interested in some riding

I don't know what the set looks like condition-wise or what the level of paint but just to buy a raw tin set from BDM for an 2005 Chopper would cost you $593

I guess it was purchased from Big Dog for arround 5k it was some special kit so its custom 1 of a kind the guy told me.

Buyer Beware

This guy has been selling a set for at leat 2 years now, He says they fit Chopper, Mastiff or Harley with a 250 tire. Really, they fit all three?
Last year he had a set that was red with dark red ghost flames, same ad.
Been over to see em?

i had just showed some intrest as i have a plain black cherry paint now. He was going to bring them by my house on his way south this weekend, and said he was willing to come down on price , but its really not a design im feeling any love for.

leaky primary ---------No primary vent

was taking handlebars off getting ready for the ridgeback bars

then i noticed last nite got a damn crack in the glass on the speedo ...... can you change the glass ?

You could contact Autometer and see if they have the face plates available. If not then take it apart and have one cut to size. It's just plexiglass. See my thread in the "How To" section on speedometers.
