I have been seeing CD versions on eBay for various years. Think they are $55.

I just got my printed color copy delivered today. Sorting it all out tomorrow. Get a PDF for an 07 and print it out, way to go :2thumbs:

Until now I just printed out the pages needed for whatever I was doing and had the iPad close by as a backup, but a printed one with my notes makes a much better solution to work with...
