Gasman posted the directions as follows:
All you do is click the scale looking thing next to the Off/On and the !
Then put in the comment and click give rep.
Your rep power bars are based on the reps given to you.
The number on the rep power is the power that you have when giving others reps.
When Knotso gives reps (as of now) he will increase that users "rep points" (as found in the control panel right side top) by 34 (his rep power #).
The higher your post count and the higher your "rep points" the higher your rep power.
It all feeds into each other.
So if you see a good post, either by info, pics, funny, good point of view, sick bike, whatever. You can rep that person. It will increase that persons rep points and help add more blocks on his rep power.
