was not aware of a "service soon" light????? which light are you talking about/where is it located? if you are talking about the one that looks like an oil drop, that is oil pressure and it usually shows up if the idle is too low. should be idling at 1k.

When i first turn key on, it says in the mileage section,
S-----Due. For a 15 seconds and then the mileage shows.

first i've heard of that:eek::eek: usually it's a 5 digit calibration # and then the odo reading.

you got the original speedo or a replacement?

You have a Dakota Digital Replacement Speedo. Message me your email address and I will scan a copy of the set up instructions which will guide you thru all of it's functions.

I just had the fluids changed on my 06 Big Dog Mastiff. Got home and realized the speedo still says Service due. How do I reset this to turn it off? Thanks George

Which Speedometer do you have? I believe it has to be an aftermarket as my 06 K9 original speedo did not have the ability to read "Service Due" and I thought the 06 speedos were the same for both the K9 and Mastiff?

Yes, I was pushing the button and ended up there at KPH when I gave up.
Thanks all for the info and the Dakota manual. This should get me back on track.
