Service Bulletins and Recalls

I just bought a 2006 K9 with 5800 miles on it, is there any place I can check to see if this chopper is up to date with any recalls or service bulletins ? also the manufacture date is messed up and i can't tell the year it was made. Can I use the vin # to find out what year it was made ?

Any dealer can get you the info that you need. I could even check it from home if you want to PM me your info...

If you dont see recalls on your bike listed here in the forum. You can check for recalls here ODI - Office of Defects Investigation.

Just go to BigDogMotorcycles.com and e-mail customer service and give your VIN # and ask them if the recalls have been performed on your bike.They will get back to you very quickly.
