seat question

ok guys, i have a quick question for ya. i have a 2008 ridgeback and was wondering if any of the other bdm seats would work on it?. i have tried to search and have had no luck. any info would be great, thanks

I have the stock 05 Pitbull seat from my old bike. It fits right in place with a small seat to tank gap. I haven't riden it with it yet as I need to check the battery terminal to seat pan cleanance. Just been to lazy to do it.:bang:
BD also makes a low profile seat for the 08 Ridgeback as well

Don't know what your looking for "another seat" to do for you, but on my Ridgeback I like the push seat much better than the stock one, it holds my ass in place better. Yeah it looks kinda big too but I'm trying to get a 2 up seat (so I can hook up with with one of those BIG BOOBIE chopper chicks), the 2 up and the push seat are about the same for the driver.

I have an 05 ridgeback seat that looks ten times better on the 08. In my opinion these seats look like they belong on them in the first place! Great condition, ill make you a good deal. Let me know.
If you're lookin to clean up the lines then this would be a good idea... Or you could do a sringer set up like 08rigid and myself.:flag:

Seatmaker has my seats as we speak and i am counting the days till i get it. I will post some pics when i gets here and i am sure its goona look great.

i hear the 04 ridgeback seat looks good on the newer ones. do a search on the forum.it will clean it up.:up:

I have wondered about the drag seat myself. I find that the pillon (bitch seat) pushes up against and creates a little "backstop".

For the last couple years, I go to Bike week and go to the BDM display hoping to see options/assessories and such only to see about 6 bikes and 3 snotty representatives. I dont expect to see anything different this year but I will give them another try.
