sealer for Fuel shut off valve

I took out my fuel shut off valve to clean the filter and inspect.
The manuel says Loctite 567 sealer. Does anyone know what else will work?
I can't find this stuff anywhere local. Napa has a permatex alternative but I have never used either.

I've always used the yellow Teflon thread tape...made for oil and gas fittings. Never had a problem. You can find it at a hardware store.

I suspect the white is more for water than for fuel / oil - I've always used white though and never had an issue

TCLAZ - white is for water plumbing and Yellow for oil and gas. But Lee is correct -- I think the white will work 99.9% of the time. I'm just paranoid....
