Ok, this is my review/ rant about Scooters performance in Florida. Im not trying to change anyones opinion etc, just letting you guys know what happened with me.
On the 22nd I bought a D&M Twist air cleaner and Bracket for $465 from John( owner) of Scooters. After a few days I wrote an email and asked for the tracking #. No response so I called. They gave me the number but told me it was being returned to sender for some reason and they didnt know why. Blamed the post office. Well I work for the post office, so I talked to the postmaster about it. She looked it up and said that on the 24th, Scooters went online and filled out an interception form which stops the post office from delivering it and returns it back to them. So I called Scooters back and told them that and the lady said shed call me back. Never called. I called the next day and I got nothing but attitude from the lady saying " well I dont know why,I can re ship it once we get it back." I understand miatakes happen. Few days went by and hadnt heard nothing so I called and talked to the owner. He said he didnt know what was going on, I asked if he had another he could ship out he said he had the spike but no bracket. Said he would figure it out and get back. Days later...nothing. Im losing my patience at this time. Call and ask whats up..still get the run around..this happened for a week. Now the package is sitting in cali for some reason and meanwhile scooters listed 2 new kits on ebay and their site says they have it in stock. Call and ask, they say they dont have them and their gonna give me a refund. Said I really would like the part. 2 days later. Still no email, no phone call, no part and no refund.
Im pretty pissed by this and will definitley never deal with them again. Like I said..this is my experience...just sharing.
