S&S VFI DTC ISSUE/Question

Guys,
I have an S&S 124 Twin Cam with Delphi FI. I continue to get a check engine light. When I run the ProTune Software and check the DTC's I am getting bad sites front and bad sites rear as faults. I do hear some light detonation under hard throttle as well. I've looked at the manual and searched via google but no dice. Anyone have info as to what this means? I suspect a bad TPS but not sure. Bad Sites is saying,
What the ECU is monitoring on the feedback of your sensors is out of the map range of the loaded program.
A few things can cause this. If you have run out of fuel prior to this can trip the alarm.
Your O2 sensors can be acting up.....
You could have an intake leak......
Check your fuel pressure or perform a fuel pressure test to see if you have a leak or an injector failing.

If the bike has been modified from the time the program was loaded it could just be the values are out of the cell ranges and the program needs to be modified for the motor....
I have a thread here somewhere with some graphs when I went through this a long time ago.
