S&S single Bore Tuned Intake

I would like to thank Wicked Bastard Cycles for helping me get my hands on this Air Cleaner Setup. It is awesome looking. I can't wait to get it on my scoot. I've been seriously looking at getting this same S&S Single Bore Tuned Intake system. A drag racer friend of mine claims that this system is good for motors up to 160hp. That will more than cover my needs plus it leaves plenty of room for your leg.

Those look WICKED!!!! Got them in Chrome or Black? L@@ks like you could get some HP with those on along with re-jetting.....Have a D&M my self (NOT TOO HAPPY) makes me want to switch.....

Staffy, I have the D&M. I just cut it off at the elbow and slid on a K&N airfilter.(filter faces forward) Looks and works awesome. Very cheap mod. The filters on the dual runner have small filters, I went with a large K&N, 6" I think. :up:

I love this air cleaner. I've been wanting one since it came back, but I'm not sure if it will fit the EFI on my 07 bulldog. Also the 600 dollar price tag that S&S advertises is a little steep for me. What price did you get?

I like it but I did really get it water soaked in a huge down pour during Daytona and the motor started cutting out but other than that it's great....

Yep ... intake plus the mounting bracket/hardware.

How is the HP and throttle response with this setup?

I can't answer that yet. Bike is going to the shop for my 2500 mile service next week. I'm gonna let them install it, along with some new pipes & re-jet the carb, while it's there.
