No where can I find a reference to the type of filters (oiled or dry). I am sure they are not oiled like K&N. Any comments. Also no comments in the instruction sheet on "Oiling them". I am guessing they are dry.

Both sites have instructions on cleaning and oiling. I don't think you can harm them. I washed mine several times this year along and it's not "green" anymore but looks good.I have the K&N recharge kit from the K&N filter I had with the teardrop aircleaner. I just did not want to ruin 2 $50 filters if they are not "wet" K&N
