I talked to someone at the shop close to here the other day when I went in to get my oil filter and was told:
"S&S is taking care of warrantties on bikes they had sold. They had two issues and S&S paid the labor,,,, shipping,,, and parts".
I never had a warranty on my scooter but if I still had a decent job the lack of warranty on the new scooters wouldn't be my deciding factor getting one.
