This is probably a stupid question but I need help identifying this 3rd jet and what circut it meters ....I just bumped up my main and intermediate jets and was wondering if I need to bump this one up too .....My G-Carb on my 107" wasn't set up this way.

That's the main jet air bleed. Here's what S&S says in their manual:

Since 2004 S&S Shorty carbs have been fitted with an adjustable main jet air bleed. Changing this jet to one of a larger size will delay the signal to the main jet, therefore aiding with high speed tuning as described in step 8. This also aides with tuning an engine that is fitted with an exhaust system that is not intended for high performance.

I think it can be changed if you're having transition "stumbling" problems going from intermediate to main circuit.

If stock it should be a .040. When I got my XXX G carb they had changed it to a .066
