Dennis Kirk is the cheapest on the duel runners. Call Eric at HDM for the sissy bar. You can also try Ginz, if you want something different. Eric's number is 620-680-0395

I have a 12 inch for a K9 with the luggage rack. Is your K9 is a 300 rear tire and do you have sissy bar strutts on the back fender? The 12 inch is actually just shy of 18 inches high from the fender....looks like this
