I'm going nuts here. I need this rotor for my '07 chopper.
The original BDM #180-00171. BD performance parts doesn't have it, nor does anyone else.
If anyone has one or knows where I can get one or anything that fits I'd appreciate it.
The outside diameter is 11&1/2" the inside is 2&1/2"

I too have a 2005 Big Dog Chopper and after a bit of excitement with the rear wheel locking up, one of the aluminum retainers came off and jammed in the disc caliper, am in need of the rotor assy. Yes, pn 180-00171. Apparently that is applicable to 2005 thru 2010 choppers. Anyway, I kept on being told to go to Shovelheadkicker on ebay and one of our members posted a link two years ago. Does anyone have his number or email? He has not responded thru ebay. I will also follow up on Rob's suggestion of QTM. later on today.

I have the rotor on it's way from QTM.
Called Big Dog performance, they didn't have one but they gave me the corresponding part number for QTM.
I followed Badog Rob's contact of QTM for the replacement brake rotor assy and and was pleased to learn that QTM was the supplier of the brake rotor assy's to BD. The contact at QTM is Tara and she did a slam dunk job of knowing exactly what I needed, told me what she had available and had it shipped that day. Apparently BD changed the inner hub quite a bit to match the rim, so she may not have every varient. But she should have something that is pretty dam close.

Do you have the QTM part number for the rotor?
Billie I have one I got from Shovelheadkicker some time ago to have as a spare. But I forgot that I have new wheels and mine are one piece rotors :bang:. I still have the stock wheels, complete with rotors and all, but I am going to keep them just in case I decide to chrome them and put them back on. Anyway the Rotor I have is 11.5 out side diameter and the hole inside is 7.25. All the button holes line up good on my 06 Mastiff. If you can use it its yours. I will even deliver to Sturgis :lol:. Let me know
