Rotating Headlight

So my headlight when riding rotates counterclockwise to the point of the light going completly vertical instead of horizontal. I have tightend it numorus times and I took it to the dealer to have them fix it and that was a joke. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do next.
Thanks

Is the o-ring still on the backside of the retaining ring that is made in it? That helps it stay snug after it is tightened down and keeps water out. Is the rubber ring on the backside of the headlight lens also? The lens shouls be sandwiched between two rubber rings, and when snugged up it can't spin. The the chrome beauty ring spins in and then both (2) set screws get snugged down. If all is tightened down, there is NO way that headlight can spin. Something is missing!!!

There is a slot inside the housing that the headlight can lock into which sets the light in the correct orientation and then all the info above will hold it tight in position.

My headlight did the exact same thing. I was riding home from work, & noticed my headlight shining brightly on my front fender. I tightened it, & about 5 miles later, same thing.
I will check & recheck the gaskets in there. If all else, DUCT TAPE!

Mine fell out and I ran over it to put it out of it's misery. I needed one that wanted to hang with me and not bail at the interstate entrance.
