Rookie question about cylinders

Sorry if this is a lame question, i have a shop and do a lot of 2 stroke snowmobile work but am green when it comes to big twins. I would like to re-torque my cylinders because they both leak. My bike has the tp107 and I have the BD service binder. My question is that I can see two of the studs are already exposed and easy to get to, can I access the other two by just taking off the rocker box covers or is it more involved than that? Thank you for any help.

If the head,or base gaskets are leaking re-torquing probably isn't going to help.

I can't get it into a shop for three weeks and hoped to slow down the leak if possible so I can ride it.

Alright, alright lesson learned. I already have the gaskets and want to do it myself but worried if I screw something up it's gonna get REALLY expensive. I tried to recruit my dad who is retired and ultra mechanical but he chickened out too! LOL I read the "how to do a top end" post and it didn't look that difficult. I gotta just man up and take it apart.
