I had to replace my rocker box gaskets in August on my 06 k9. This part number is taken from my receipt:

BDM100-00446

The price from our BDM dealer here in STL was $38.95 for the kit.

Just remember that some 06's have TP rockers and some have S&S

If you have the TP rocker boxes you may consider replacing them with S&S rocker boxes. There's plenty of threads about them...

If you have TP rocker boxes, you can go to the maker Engineering Total Performance (203-744-4960) . I just had to replace my front. They were very helpful and cost about $20.00 delivered for just front gaskets - everything - rubber O-ring, rubber gaskets and metal gasket plus he asked me if I wanted instruction and said sure also.

If you have S&S, here's a link to a full set of gaskets for both sides. Only $25!

Thats a good price but isn't that set for the 107, 113 EVO?

My top gasket on the 117 with S&S rocker boxes has a rubber flap at the area where the carb bracket bolts go in. I don't have the rubber buttons as he showing. ?

V. I owe you! I had purchased the wrong set of gaskets but called and cancelled. I went through Dreambikes of Atlanta. While we're on the subject and since this thread seems to be on its last leg, does anyone have the schematic of the S&S rocker box bolt sizes and patterns? I'm pretty sure the bolts used in the TP will not all match up and I have access to most all the stainless bolts I want, but just need to know the size, how many and where they all go. I think Dreambikes is sending me something, but thought I would ask the forum and see if this is out there anywhere. Thanks all. Hope to have some S&S rocker boxes on soon. Replacing all the upper motor gaskets while I have it broke down and putting in all new guides. I'm pretty sure the guides I installed last year already have wear on them for the TP Rocker Boxes. One last question while I have your attention. Is it that hard to put the piston back in the cylinder without a ring compresser?

Thanks for all the info. Unless I missed it in a reply how can u tell the difference between tp and s&s rockerboxes. Not sure which ones I have now.

TP has 4 bolts on the rocker box covers while S&S has 6 bolts, I'm pretty sure you have S&S with an 06 Mastiff

I think soem of the early 06 models had TP boxes and then they started the switch over.

get the compressor. they're cheap and work. just get one that can be taken apart so you can slip it out below the cylinder.

Tp's have four bolts flush mounted on top of the rocker boxes like these

S&S have 3 bolts on each side of the rocker boxes.
