I have a 04 Chopper that I am in the process of removing clutch for replacement of secondary belt. It has the stock wet clutch. My issue is when removing the 4 nuts that hold retainer in place 1 of the studs is spinning in the housing. Any suggestions on how to proceed? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried using an impact on it? Sometimes the force is enough to break the nut loose so you can get it off.

Did you take the other 3 nuts off? So your saying it's stripped out? Otherwise, the whole stud with nut should come off with the other 3 nuts.

The buttonhead bolt is spinning in the outer hub. I cut off the retainer nut to get retainer and plates out to access the hub nut. Small problem but a pain in the ass! Thanks for the help.

that's all you can do with them. cut off wheel and cut them off.. and it is a common problem with the pro clutch.
