Yes, they will. I tried the solid billet ones. They were too stiff. It would shake the hell out of your arms on rough pavement. If you want them, I can send them to you no charge. I think I still have them in the garage somewhere. I think you would like the polyurethane bushings better. That's what I have. Stiffer than the stock rubber bushings, but still have a little give in them.

I saw the red poly ones online like $34 or something, I put new stock ones in when I put on the 14 inch fat bars. They did not hold up at all too flexible and disintegrated. I will try the poly ones from Big Dog. Thanks for the feed back what I needed to know. Thank you for the very generous offer mleach72. Nice people on here

New bushings are in , they feel good right now. Time will tell, old bushings we’re black polly not rubber & there was a sticky lube on them , installed new dry and clean no lube. Maybe the undoing of old bushings ! !

Hmm, I've never seen that. Mine are probably 10 years old and still in good shape. Did you possibly overtighten them?

Could have overtightend them, snugged them really good. I was thinking chemical reaction to the lube, plastic was really crumbly . How tight do you think they should be? Looked it up big dog service manual calls for 65 lbs, I was a little light at 50 torqued to 65 as per manual.

There is probably a torque recommendation, but I would just make them firmly tight. I wouldn't muscle it too much. It might have just been a cheap/poor quality set. The ones you got from HDM should be good quality.
