Rip kit wiring

I need a bit of help. My phone crapped so I lost all my pics of the tear down. I need some clarification on a wire. Check the pic. The yellow wire is the suspect. Green is known and the purple is unsed VOES. Where to hookup the yellow?

As it was taped off, Im figuring its not required. If the tach dont work, I am wrong....again. lol

The service manual says #25 Yellow "Input for headlight low beam", next #39 Yellow power to headlight lo beam, #47 Singal to Tech # 48 Signal to accessory tachometer

I put a chunk of heatshrink tube on the yellow plug and drove on. It is NOT required with the RIP kit. Tach works as it should. Thank you all for the replies.

Alot of models didn't need the yellow wire for the tach to work...I remember 05 and up on wire plus you didnt need it but wasnt forsure on pre 05 models for the rip kit.
