I think that movie was the start for many of us.... I was 11 when the movie came out. Talked my parents into getting a mini bike for me and my siblings..... the next major discussion was with my Dad. I wanted to have the American flag sewn on the back of my jean jacket.... took a lot of convincing and a promise to him that if I wasn't wearing it, it would be hung up properly and he would never find it on the floor! Great memories!!
