Rim and tire fitment

My Mastiff has a MH120/70-21 tire at the front. I'm looking at a set of rims and tires where the front is 120/60R23. Would this fit on the Mastiff providing axle size are the same?

What brand are they
Are you sure its not a 130/60R23

It's a taller tire and it will throw your speedometer off as well. It will show a slower speed than you are actually going.

Thanks for the input. One of our member has a set off his K9, the difference is on the width I believe. Mine is MH120/70-21 and his MH90-21. Would this fit?

No MH90 is for a 1.6 to 2.15 rim
MH120 is for a 3 to 3-3/4 rim
