i have a 05 ridgeback.

my personal opinion is the front tire is skinny on both models which to me upsets the ride on some large bumps .

my rigid is pretty nice. on the rear suspension.

if your not gonna ride alot of miles i would get the rigid, and use the savings in cost for accessories

:hi: but, then again, if there is the chance you might want to take an around the country adventure tour it would be damn nice too have the rear suspension. as i have always said, it is better to have and not need than to need and not have. :2thumbs:

One of the reasons I got a Ridgeback was that it gave me a little extra legroom, without having to buy forward controls right away.

The Ridgeback has a couple inches on the K9, which as a couple on the Chopper.

I've got an 08 Ridgeback and love it. I really liked the look of the fender being right down on that big 330. I've done over 300 miles of riding so far in a day with no soreness or broken teeth :D If you ride on decent roads and look out for the big bumps so you can prepare for them, it's all good. As has been pointed out though, just ride them and see what works for you.
