Go over to Uhaul and rent a trailer....I have in the past put the K9 in a 6x12 dual wheel trailer. I made a stand for front wheel and put the tire in and just tie in down. I also use it to hold the bike straight up during oil changes...

I have a 06 Ridgeback, it measures 7 foot from front to back where the tire hits the ground. Add 13 inches to the front, so the tire can hit the front of the truck bed. hope that helps.

I hauled my Ridgeback from Texas to Colorado with the tailgate down and a 2x12 under the rear tire. Was getting many looks as my 2006 F150 had a 8" Rize lift on 37's. :)

The owner of the Big Dog Dealer rode my new bike over to the Harley dealer and drovbe it up there loading dock ramp. Then I backed up to the side concrete wall that supports the side of the ramps. Then he drove the bike about 20 feet on the top of that concrete 2 foot wide wall into the bed of my truck :) I bet we have 40 people watching lol...

Put it in the truck and use a motorcycle jack under it. Raise it up and put some wood under it and lower it down. This takes the weight off the rear tire. Tie the bike down. Works fine no issues....
Sorry the pics are small
