From day 1 I've had major ride height issues (even with air susp pumped all the way up). The frame hits the ground on turns on an all too regular basis. I got pulled by a Trooper one night when I turned in front of him and he saw the sparks fly. Anyone else with this model having these issues.

mine's ok - I drag the exhaust a lot but who doesn't. Check you rear tyre pressure - should be around 38 to 42 psi

YEP, I'm always dragging something footpegs, pipes, frame and my heels. Jacking your air ride up only makes it ride harder, I run it about 100-125.
What pisses me off it every time I feel/hear the drag I have a tendency to want to pull up :bang:

Me too, it scrapes and drags often. Exhaust and frame mostly. Iv'e had the air cylinder replaced and at rest with no air the newer cylinder makes it sit slightly higher, but it still rubs the road all the time.

I just brought my 2005 home. I took it out for a test ride. The Air ride went to 0, bike was very hard to handle. I brought it back to 120 lbs and it did last long at all. Major leak. Im going to investigate going back to a standard Adjustable shock. Any Ideas?

Hey Mike, I had a 05 Bulldog and even with the air ride all the way up it still seemed to scrape more than my 09 mastiff, I don't have the air ride on the Mastiff, it has adjustable shocks on it, I am happy with the ride on the Mastiff compared to the Bulldog, I would definitely look into getting adjustable shocks!

Like I said to Mike in the previous post, my 05 was always scraping even with the air all the way up, maybe adjustable shocks might help, I am sure somebody here has done it before, try doing a search on it :2thumbs:

What did you end up doing to repair or replace your shocks on the bulldog?
