Revolution Counter Wire

Energy One
2006 K9 Bottom Front Left of the engine block is a wire connected that counts revs and timing obviously. It has 2 connectors in the wire and comes off very occasionally while riding. This kills the engine. Not a big deal, just reconnect and back in business. My question is obvious, is there a better way to secure this connection?

for my information: what is the proper name for this wire and function/system, etc?

Check THIS out.

FYI, this is the cable connected to the stator not the crankshaft position sensor cable. i.e. this is the cable just to the outside of the position sensor cable. it has 2 male plugs.

Search 'Amazing Goop' so you know what to look for at home depot. Use very little so the wires hold in place.
Crank sensor kills the engine
Stator says the battery runs 'total loss' until the volts drop from 12v and then kills the engine. That's my understanding.
