Removing plugs at bottom of forks

Changing fork oil in 2008 Pitbull. Do the cone shap plugs on the bottom of the forks screw off or just a press fit. Service manual does not say how they are to be removed.

If I remember right they have a small Allan screw. But of course most days I suffer from CRS
