removing front reflector on 2008 K9

Removed back ones no prob last night. Went to remove front one and it looks like it is connected to bracket for front forks. If I remove this bolt without lifting front wheel and releasing load will it damage fork connection? Let me know only if you have already done this on an 08 K9. No offense, but if you are guessing not really intersted. thanks

My GUESS is it's just a little L bracket mounted to the inside bolt of the fender strut. Pull it and loctite it back in!

My 08 Ridgeback had just the bracket as Ray mentioned. If yours doesn't I think it will be the first.

I just looked at a 2008 on Ebay that showed a closeup of the front end and it is the same as the Ridgeback. The reflector is only bolted to the fender strut. Just remove the bolt, take the reflector & bracket off, put some blue loctite back on the bolt and re-install. No worries!
