OK, I'm sure I'll have lots of questions but we'll start with a simple one........How do you remove the clutch adjusting cover? I've done a search and cant tell if its threaded or just pressed on. Thanks

threaded - just get a good grip on it and unscrew it counter clockwise - it might need a gentle tap but you should be able to do it with your hand

Thanks Lee. Had to take a spruce dowel and tap it lightly but she loosened right up. Probably wouldn't have had to do that but the space is kinda tight between it and the pipes. Couldn't get a good grip on it. Goes into neutral alot easier. Now if this rain will just move on thru.......

We had the pipes off my buds bike the other day to pull the pully cover. We couldn't get the adjustment cover unscrewed.

We tried everything, rubber grips, washing it and our hands real well, everything!!!

I decided to grab his roll of Duct Tape and ripped a piece off long enough to wrap once around the screw off cover.

Grabbed it with my hand and it broke loose easyily. I found the Duct Tape is tackey and the grip on it is much better.

Try that if anyone can't get it loose.
