Well today I finnaly got around to removing my rear wheel to replace bearings and clean/polish pullys wheel and so on... Upon removal I noticed I have 4 washers, The large one for the pully the medium and small for brake side.. and then this other very thin one, Not to sure where it belongs.. Also having a very hard time getting my wheel back stright.. I will have a good belt gap however seems like the tire is not flowing or could be my eyes playing tricks on me?

Pictures might help.
I went back to my garage and I just put it all together, I ended up putting on the pulley side with the large one, Got everything about as good as I can get.. I thought it was weird how I ended up with 4 washers rather then 3.. but im assuming someone who had the bike apart before I owned it put it there for a reason.. I read a similar thread on here about a guy putting one in there aswell. So we will see come riding season lol

They're called shims. Used to center/properly space the wheel and/or pulley on the axle.
Hope you get things lined up OK.

i put one in mine because when i started clamping down the axel i could see the rear swingarm frame moving being squeezed in apprx 1/8 inch ... i dont believe wou should have that stress on the swing armand my axel still fits in the slots
