Remove/install 2003 Mastiff oil tank?

Hey guys/gals,
Rocky just had her tins painted and the shop removed her oil tank but I'll be damned if I can figure out how it slides back into place. It hits the frame and just doesn't seem to want to fit back. I'm pretty sure they didn't pull the starter and I can get so close but the frame just won't let it and I would hate to scratch Rocky's newly painted tins. I would have hell to pay for that. I looked in a 2003 manual it no where does it mention oil tank removal/installation. Had i taken it off, i wouldn't have any problems putting it back on. Any ideas from any of you that have or have removed an '03 Mastiff oil tank? Any help greatly appreciated.

Nevermind. I removed the cable off the top of the starter and it gave me just enough room to slide it in place. I figured out the hardware once I got in place. Now for the rest of the tins and that dog will be ready to run!!!!
