Anybody on here installed a karata belt drive on a 04 (LSD) bike? Looks like I need to get about a 1/4 to about an 1/8" of material machined from the front pulley. Already have a shop lined up to complete this. Just wanted to hear if anyone else has done this prior to install.

They do have 2 cuts regular and show you pay a little more for the show but its worth it imo

Recommend either powder coating or polishing the heads before getting the cuts done to make it pop.

Called hardcore choppers todayl at Custom Choppers Motorcycle Manufacturer | Hardcore Choppers already looking at putting another one together. I want something bigger for my next bike. I would sell the pitbull but just have way too much into it.
